Ummm, are you talking about Lane Keeping Assist?

With that feature turned on, the car resists drifing out of your lane unless you signal a lane change.

2017 Volt veering steering

Anyone else experience their Volt suddenly feeling like it's hit a long rift in the road, even on a smooth surface? It's happened several times and I thought I went over one of those steel plates, but the road was fine. Worrisome!
