On plug in two chirps and green light is solid to indicate delayed charge

Afternoon Farrboat,

Are there any horn chirps when initially plugged in? Per your Owner's Manual under Driving & Operating, Solid Green or Long Flashing Green: Insufficient time to fully charge by departure time.

Should flash fast to indicate fully charged

Volt advisor was no help

Anyone have a clue
