When is Onstar going to fix web sites!!

LOVE my Gen 2 Volt, BUT.....

Anybody know why on the my.chevrolet.com site "My Charging & Efficiency Status" info not updating on my cars web page anymore? All I get the past few weeks is "We're sorry. There was an error connecting to your vehicle. Please refresh your browser or try again later." See Attached pic. Been doing this for WEEKS.

And I don't see on the "secure.myvolt.com" site where it shows me lifetime gallons of gas used. Also, when I try to use the remote commands it says "You have not enabled remote commands. To change your security preferences, click ACCOUNT below." ....but THEN when I click "Account" NOTHING HAPPENS!!!

ALSO, when I click "Click the link below to open a chat session with a Volt Advisor" I get a window "Safari Can't Find the Server Safari can't open the page "https://ems0251.egain.net/system/web/view/live/templates....."

Hey GM, this is GARBAGE!! You need to get Onstar to get their act together and fix these sites.

If you want to be a world leader YOU NEED ONSTAR TO GET ITS ACT TOGETHER!! I guarantee you Tesla users don't have web pages that don't work!!! If Steve Jobs were running Onstar people would be getting fired!

I found that the issue started around the same time as the macOS 10.12.6 update. This site has been cranky ever since. Chrome browser works fine on the myvolt.com website however... Irritating!
